Multiple pool options were available, and my son really enjoyed the kids' pool. the rooms looked like the pictures online. I found them spacious. housekeeping kept everything tidy. i thought the staff were responsive and helpful.
the adult-only suites didn't get much sun because of their orientation.

Our family room in the play wing was spacious with a main bed and dividing doors to the children's rooms. The main bed was soft and comfortable. Air conditioning and wifi worked perfectly. I appreciated the large selection at breakfast each morning with fresh cooked eggs, pastries, salads, local cuisine, juice and coffee.
The open bathroom in the room, with large sliding doors instead of walls, left the whole space a bit damp after showers.

The breakfast had very generous options. It was amazing!!! the grounds were beautiful and well kept. i stayed in a family room and it was spacious enough for everyone. the facilities were fantastic for families with kids, including many different pools for all ages.
the beach isn't the prettiest in thailand, though it is nice enough.

i found the breakfast to be awesome. the selection was huge and everything tasted delicious. the pools were clean, and we loved the swim up bars. the staff helped us book taxis and tours that suited our plans.
we had a pool access room. i was disappointed in the lack of adult only areas to relax. the noise from kids made it hard to relax by the pool.
